Under the direction of the Presiding Bishop, Bishop John R. Thompson is an Ecclesiastical Board responsible for spiritual direction and formation. They will consider candidates for ordination, affiliation and membership. This board will be responsible to prayerfully develop spiritual direction, the themes and choose the speakers. This Board will also have the task commissioning ministries.

In a bold move to establish, support and develop dynamic ministries, The Fellowship Ecclesiastical Board is comprised of seasoned Bishops, Elders, Pastors to lead a movement of liberation, spiritual direction and church growth. Presiding Bishop Thompson sees the body as vital to the movement of The Fellowship and the ministries it serves.
